Evol-AI tools are sold by Cindy Antoni, acting as an individual, under the name Evol-i. No company is incorporated to date: sales are made by an individual, who is personally answerable for them.

These terms govern the sale of Evol-AI tools. They are accepted at the time of order, and the version in force is the one displayed on this page on the day of purchase.
An Evol-AI tool is a script with its guide, delivered as text to be copied into the buyer's own AI platform. Some tools come with access to an online course.
Evol-AI does not sell a service performed on the buyer's behalf, connects to none of their accounts, and installs nothing for them.
Prices are displayed on the order pages, in euros. They are net prices: no tax is added, calculated or collected, sales being made by an individual outside any tax-registered structure.
The price paid is the one displayed at the time of order.
Orders are placed on an order page hosted by systeme.io. Payment is processed by Stripe — card, Bancontact, iDEAL, Multibanco depending on the case. Evol-AI neither receives nor stores any bank details.
Payment is made in one go. There is no subscription, and no charge follows the purchase.
The contract is formed when payment is captured.
Delivery is immediate and digital: once payment is made, access is opened and the link arrives by email. Access is for life, tool updates included.
If access does not arrive, write to dev@evol-love.com and it is reopened.
Tools are digital content delivered immediately after payment.
A withdrawal request may be sent to dev@evol-love.com within 14 days of purchase. It is handled within 14 days, and the refund is made through the same payment method as the order.
Access to the tool is closed on refund, and the licence of use ends.
Personal use ONLY — redistribution prohibited.
The purchase grants a personal right of use, for the buyer's own activity. Not permitted: resale, sharing, redistribution, making all or part of a tool available to others, or using it to build a competing product.
Sharing, once established, ends the licence and closes access, with no refund.
Tools run in the buyer's own environment, with their accounts and their connections. Evol-AI connects to nothing and stores none of the data processed through its tools.
The buyer remains responsible for the data they process, in particular that of their clients, patients, prospects or employees. They remain responsible for the terms of the platforms they connect: some tools act from their account, and what is published, sent or automated goes out in their name.
They remain responsible for the decisions they take from a tool's output: a diagnosis, a plan or a score is decision support, never a decision.
No Evol-AI tool provides legal, medical, accounting or financial advice.
No commercial result is guaranteed: the tools structure work, they promise neither revenue, nor audience, nor ranking.
Third-party AI platforms evolve independently of Evol-AI: their capabilities, limits and terms change without notice.

Where an offer includes access to the Skool community, that access follows the community rules and the duration stated on the order page.
